Although most of you who know me already know it, I'm officially announcing my pregnancy on my blog. It came as a surprise and shock to find out too. All I kept thinking was how hard it's going to be having a one year old and an infant all day long. But obviously the good Lord knew I'd be alright and that I'd do just fine. I'm 11 almost 12 weeks along now and the major symptoms I have now is complete exhaustion and really bad headaches. I also have no desire for coffee which when I was pregnant with Brayden, wasn't the case. I don't even miss it. The sheer odor of it is enough to send me to the bathroom.
Brayden is getting cuter by the day. He's learned to clap his hands, sing (in his own special language), and say the word "up." He's also going to bed earlier now at around 8:00pm and waking up at 8am. Not bad, not bad. Some of the things I'm trying to help him with or teach him, is to start crawling and picking up finger foods and feeding himself. I have a feeling he thinks the cubed carrots are toys he can grasp in his fists, then forget about them. He's turning 9 months old on the 19th!
We're in our new home and have been here since the end of January. We love all the open space and the extra bedroom. Not to mention the beautiful kitchen we have and the cathedral ceiling downstairs. Perfect timing with baby #2 coming in September.
